Wilson C-pickups for the cello
The Wilson C2-pickups are designed to amplify the cello – perfect acoustic sound, but louder. Focusing on the mid-frequency range of the cello, the C-pickups catches the expressive range from below the low C and beyond the highest audible overtones of the instrument in a way that brings out the full dynamic range of the instrument.
Since the bridge is much smaller than the double bass bridge it only need two pickups. By rotating a pickup slightly, you can balance the sound level between two strings (A/D and G/C), matching the acoustic sound of your instrument.
You can buy the Wilson pickups for cello with 2 pickups (order C2) or only 1 pickup (order C1).
