General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from Wilson Pickup Systems if there are no other written agreements between buyer and Wilson Pickup Systems.

We reserve the right to change these GTCS at any time. We will give you thirty calendar days’ notice of any changes by posting notice on our website.

Prices and terms of payment

The prices for goods shall be those set forth in our order confirmation. All prices are exclusive of taxes, impositions and other charges. Customers inside the EU will be charged taxes (25%) on checkout.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in our order confirmation, payment for goods shall be made without offset or deduction. By paying via bank transfer the product has to be paid in advance before it is sent to you.

Terms of Delivery and Late Delivery

If you use a creditcard, the order-amount will be drawn, when the items are shipped.

Prices include shipping fee with normal priority postal service, expected delivery is 3-7 days depending on local postal and custom handling

By bank transfer in advance: When your bank transfer has cleared with our bank, the products will be sent to you by normal priority postal service.

Prices include precision mounting tools! (A full guide is enclosed with our products)

Express shipping is available upon request (additional costs apply). Expected delivery is 2-3 days.

We reserve the right to make delivery in installments.

Acceptance of goods

You must inspect goods delivered upon receipt. You are deemed to have accepted goods delivered unless written notice of rejection specifying the reasons for rejection is received by us within five calendar days after delivery of the goods.

Returns

If your goods fail to meet your expectations, you have the opportunity to return them to us and get your money back.

In our shop we offer a 14 day return policy under the Act on Certain Consumer Agreements. Buyer shall pay transportation costs back to Wilson Pickup Systems.

The right of return implies that the product is returned in same condition and quantity.

Removing the pickups from the bridge:

While gently pulling and rotating the pickups by hand, please press the pickups out with the enclosed wooden stick.

Please note that all kind of metal tools are not required by mounting either removing the pickups from the bridge, as the pickups will be scratched or damaged.

Guarantee does not cover any kind of damages caused due to wrong or violently treatment.

Once we receive your item back, we pay the full invoice amount. By bank transfer, we guarantee a turnaround time of three working days. You must pay the freight costs when returning.

Warrenty

Wilson Pickup Systems warrant that upon delivery and for a period of 5 years from the date of delivery goods purchased hereunder will conform in all material respects to the applicable manufacturer’s specifications for such goods and will be free from material defects in workmanship, material and design under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligent handling, lack of reasonable maintenance and care, accident or abuse by anyone other than us.

By returning the defective product, please inform about the problem as detailed as possible.

Force majeure

Either party shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions or other acts of nature. The obligations and rights of the party so excused shall be extended on a day-to-day basis for the time period equal to the period of such excusable interruption. When such events have abated, the parties’ respective obligations shall resume. In the event the interruption of the excused party’s obligations continues for a period in excess of thirty calendar days, either party shall have the right to terminate the applicable contract(s) of sale, without liability, upon thirty calendar days’ prior written notice to the other party.

Miscellaneous

These GTCS and all contracts of sale entered into between us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Any suits, actions or proceedings that may be instituted by either of us against the other shall be instituted exclusively before the competent courts of Denmark, however, without prejudice to our right to bring suits, actions or proceedings in any other court which would have jurisdiction if this provision had not been incorporated into these GTCS.

Prices are subject to currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out goods, misprint and technical mistakes. If we can not fulfill your order, you will hear from us as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
